The conference is completely sold out. You can register to be put on the waiting list. We'll contact you when participants cancel their participation on a first-registered, first contacted basis.
All stated prices are exclusive of VAT. We will apply the following VAT rates:
- Company with Belgian VAT number: 21% VAT
- Company with Dutch (or other non-Belgian) VAT number: 0% VAT
- Individual, not subject to VAT: 21% VAT
If your company requires a Purchase Order before paying an invoice, let us know so that we can put its reference number on the invoice. This will help your accounting department to pay the invoice on time.
Staying in Kapellerput
We've reserved a number of rooms in the conference centre. When you register here you will receive a code with which you can book one of these rooms by contacting the conference centre. Rooms cost 98.75 € per person per night and include breakfast.
Dinner on Thursday evening is included in the two day registration fee. Please warn us in the comment or in an email if you can't attend the dinner, so that we don't waste any food.
You can purchase an extra dinner ticket if you only come one day and want to stay for dinner or if you want to bring guests to dinner.
Terms and conditions
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and an invoice. Don't forget to mention your VAT number so that we can apply the correct VAT rate.
- If your company requires a Purchase Order, let us know so that we can put its reference number on the invoice.
- We will email PDF invoices by default and will mail hardcopies upon request.
- Your registration is confirmed as soon as payment has been received. All registrations must be paid before the conference starts!
- If you haven't received a confirmation from us that your payment was received, bring a proof of payment to the conference. See the payment page for a list of payment methods. We will notify you of the receipt of your payment and confirm your registration within 3-4 business days. If you don't get a confirmation, please contact accounts
- The number of places is limited to 150, registration is on a first paid, first served basis.
- The 2 day conference fee covers attendance to two days of conference sessions and includes drinks, 2 lunches and dinner on Thursday evening. This fee does not include a hotel room and breakfast.
- The 1 day conference fee covers attendance to one day of conference sessions and includes drinks and lunch.
- Tickets for Thursday evening dinner can be bought separately, for people who attend only one day, or if you registered for 2 days and want to invite guests to dinner.
- The organizers have the right to cancel the event. In this case all paid fees will be refunded.
- You can transfer your paid registration to someone else by sending the name, email address and any food preferences of the replacement to accounts .
- Contact accounts to cancel a registration. We will refund the amount paid if we can transfer the registration to another participant. As the conference usually sells out, we will likely find someone to replace you if you cancel at least two weeks before the conference.
All information entered in this form will be stored in the database of Agile Systems vzw.
This information is only used to handle the administration of the XP Day Benelux conference and to keep you informed about this and future events. In no case will this information be transfered to a third party.
