To make it perfect:
- presenter who isn't talking should not block the view to the screen
- also feedback from presenters -> how to improve your coaching style?
- doel uitleggen
- samenvatten van het geleerde
- sys diagrams are easier if you pay attention that you only put "measurable items" in the boxdes -> stress taht more in you explanation
- give Vincent a bit more opportunity to talk
- I need acting lessons first
- More time!
- I could have used more connection between the activities to make it clearer with how it all fit together (Leary's Rose role play & then visualising the system)
- Hear more from Vincent on theory?? Perhaps...
- A bit more explanatin about systems
- Use real life story as an example besides software stories
- more explain leary circle + how it works and how it should be operated or used
- more instructions on how to build a diagram
- dry fruits, nuts, and water!
- a bit one sided on theory (e.g. alternatives to Leary woluld be nice)
- a bit more theory on systems thinking
- skip the system diagram. Takes a lot of time. Focus on one thing. Just the rose.
- When withdrawn, it is difficult to follow discussions
- need some real life problems/solutions
- complex games in 90 minutes can be hard...
- better instructions
- it was hard to write system diagram for a made up example. Could we use some form members real case instead?
- better rules/explanation about the game/activity
- more info on environment (was confusing in beginning)
- the cards are a bit too complex for the short time
- present the "perfect solution"
- find a way to help people intergrate their "character" in an easier way, especially "hard ones" (in opposition to agressives)
- make it more frustrating for people :-)
- Belgian chocolate :-)
- handout
- a bit more theory about system
- not much for an introductory course!
