To make it perfect
- Define a clear goal for the presentation. I was unsure what it exactly was
- Explanation of persona exercise could be clearer
- Some fresh air in the room
- Explain more clearly the relationship with Scrum and sprints
- Exercises explained more clearly
- Not enough time for Persona exercise
- Present the result of the exercise; discuss "potential" solution with all participants
- Less "happy path", more attention to, for example, non-functional requirements
- Make the goal of the last exercise clearer (not as much fun as the other exercises)
- I would have liked some more practical examples to see the value of the method
- Include "quality food" rating in list of restaurant owner requirements. Odd it's not included? ;-)
- See real-life examples story maps
- Show where story mapping fits in product development or delivery lifecycle (a process map)
- Keep it like this
- A longer session would give more value
