To make it perfect

  • Define a clear goal for the presentation. I was unsure what it exactly was
  • Explanation of persona exercise could be clearer
  • Some fresh air in the room
  • Explain more clearly the relationship with Scrum and sprints
  • Exercises explained more clearly
  • Not enough time for Persona exercise
  • Present the result of the exercise; discuss "potential" solution with all participants
  • Less "happy path", more attention to, for example, non-functional requirements
  • Make the goal of the last exercise clearer (not as much fun as the other exercises)
  • I would have liked some more practical examples to see the value of the method
  • Include "quality food" rating in list of restaurant owner requirements. Odd it's not included? ;-)
  • See real-life examples story maps
  • Show where story mapping fits in product development or delivery lifecycle (a process map)
  • Keep it like this
  • A longer session would give more value
