What I liked about it
- Great!
- Learn a lot on how to draw cause/effects diagrams, more then I get from reading
- hands-on exercise
- exercise, explanation, insight in complex situations
- good practical advice
- discussions
- workshop form
- the general idea
- very clearly explained how the technique works
- my "team" was very helpful
- organizer's observations on our model
- useful tool!!! I'm astonished. And fun!
- I've been to a similar session 1 year ago but didn't like it and found it very vague. But this session made it a lot clearer
- new tool I can apply
- drawing
- workshop format
- good technique
- good intro to thiss diagram technique
- liked the hands-on practice using real problem
- small group and lot of interactions
- practical
To improve
- present 1 more example
- provide more help during exercise
- give examples to discuss (ours was bad :-)
- more elaborate examples
- better explain why doing this would help me. Is this a means? If so, who do we discuss this with in a typical organization?
- Maybe a bit of a play to show how the different roles can interact on using this tool
- Now what? I need a solution!!!
- Kudos to Dave N. Due to lack of time, it's maybe better to give some example problems as exercise. We lost some time deciding what the problems should be.
- When do you stop? How do you balance between scale of effect?
- Provide more help on the table.
- explain better the diagrams produced. Try to point where is the problem in diagrams, common pitfalls.
- more examples how this works in real life. How do you do this in a company?
- how to change the dynamics, examples
- (little) more theory before hand
