What I like
- Based on experience
- The question and answer session
- See how software is created in such small sprints
- It was nice to hear about software development in an area that is not so common, like a race company
- Eeveything - great stuff!
- To see how agile/scrum can be applied in a different environment
- Formula One challenges well explained
- It's great that you first gave us basic information and then let us ask questions based on the slide with the circle
- Real life experiences, feedback
- Interesting topic
- View from early adopters of Agile practice is interesting
To improve
- A little bit less time spent on intro before coming the the questions from audience
- Be more quick to teach the practices and explain better each practice and what is innovative with respect to the "standard" way
- Was a little difficult to understand, but clear after all
- Perhaps more interaction
- Don't stay on the surface but pick some area and go into more detail
- More war stories
- More info on how the software team were motivated and managed
- More info/examples on which products and software you used
- Better sheets (more text)
- Questions needed to present solutions
- Provide, for example, 3 lessons learned from Ferrari which we can use in daily life
- Less time on Formula One introduction (not relevant - 25 minutes!), more time on software practices
- Slides with a little more content
- More direction on " interesting points", rather than opening up everything to the audience
