- Questions and answers
- Not all posisitve news, talked about problems etc.
- Good English
To improve
- The value and advisability of the approach remain highly questionable. Sales pitch for presenter's services?
- Less text on slides
- Add some "what went wrong"
- State more clearly the goal of the case study focussing on how the goal could be achieved
- More in-depth look at the actual topic of offshore testing
- I have not ally seen the added value of having offshore testing in place
- More about communication with people offshore
- The issues found + solutions
- I'm not sure about the message of this presentation
- Provide some more details from the case study to illustrate (theory)
- More offshore specific information, and more comparison between results with and without offshore
- Avoid too much text on slides or don't show it all at once (distracts)
- More effective slides with clear messages on why offshore
- Explain pitfalls
- Go slower, session larger, more in detail
- More real lessons, "best practice"
