- More focus on difficulties when introducing agile (we already know that agile is good). Give examples of people's reactions
- Provide a 'getting started guide' for people that want to start with agile in local government
- I expected a session with concrete tips and tricks about introducing agile
- Give more concrete cases and tips
- Lots of problems but not much solutions
- Give examples how you can come to a solution
- Much clearer solutions to pain points, gave very textbook solutions without 'color commentary'
- Explain the process more in detail and how the other departments are involved and were convinced having an agile development process
