What I like
- Working in a small group, lots of interaction, refreshing & something to really think about the next weeks, months, years
- Very insightful for me - sharing experience with others, finding ideas which I can apply in my project
- The game
- Team work, discussion
- Discussion with others
- The essence of Agile refreshed
- Back to basics and then beyond!
- Very interactive
- Interesting session (without slides)
- Deeper thoughts than the manifesto
- Very interactive
- Confronting the manifesto
- New ideas, discussion
- Very interactive, good insights
- Makes you think about it
- Learned a lot from my team mates
- Nice way to work with manifesto anf force ourselves to rethink stuff taken for granted
- Made me really think about the Agile values again
- Learned how to use this in my daily work (think left more)
To improve
- Discuss the 12 principles
- Use some slides (just kidding). Prep some materials, like stickies and markers
- More understanding problems other groups
- Make your short introduction more interesting. We were in this room by accident, but were glad we stayed for the session
- A bit more structure
- Slides to communicate assignments
- Make sure the teams only have ONE goal to think about; multiple goals makes it more difficult
