From there she moved to a traditional business analyst role where she was busy writing thick requirements documents when she discovered Agile Software Development in 2007.
Now Joke is the lead Agile Analyst in the Belgian De Post/La Poste, where she is Product Owner for a 40 person team and coaches other business analysts (in Agile Analysis) on how to become Product Owner and facilitate agile analysis workshops.
