I'd like to discuss what should (and shouldn't) be in an Agile Contract and how one explains such a contract to the customers. Many customers say that they want to work in an Agile manner but when push comes to shove they expect the provider to take all the risks. We should share the risk. I'd like to share experiences and review/share examples of Agile Contracts.
