Contents

During this game we will have two teams building houses in LEGO based on customer requirements. Both teams will have a customer, a product owner, developers, testers (except for the first game when we do it the old way.)

In the first game client and architects are writings the specs together. After this meeting the developers receive this document and they have to build the house with this document. (Client + architects become the developers for the second team)

In the second game the client and the product owner will discuss the house to be build and the product owner will write down a few stories. Very quickly the developers start to build the house, while they are building they receive new stories from the product owner by FAX. The testers send faxes to the product owners to give feedback. Developers and product owners are not allowed to talk to each other. There are three internal and one external delivery meeting.

The third game is the same as the second game, only now we have 2 external delivery meetings instead of one.

Internal delivery is for the team
External delivery is for the client

We know that face to face communication is prefered in agile. One of our reasons to use a FAX as communication is to make this need  more clear.
