Contents
So you are in charge of your company's big new project ! Congratulations ! You still have in mind the kick off meeting that went last friday. People there seemed to put their trust in you. You remember what the customer said. He essentially has two questions: "how much ?" and "when ?". A tiny voice in your head reminds you that every project is bound up with uncertainty. How will you take this uncertainty into account ?
This workshop lasts 90 minutes and is organized as a three rounds game for 15 to 50 participants. In each round, participants will form teams and will be asked to schedule a project then to perform the tasks as scheduled. Each round is followed by a mini retrospective. The workshops ends with a wrap up with questions and answers
