Some useful questions when writing and reviewing session proposals:

Who will be interested in this topic?
What prior knowledge do you expect of participants?
What value will this session bring to its participants and organizers?
Why is this subject relevant to agile software development?

What is the goal of the session?
Is the session structured in such a way that the goal of the session can be reached?
Is the timetable realistic?
What materials do I need? Which ones will I bring? What material do I need from the conference organizers?
How does the session format facilitate learning?
What are the expected results and outputs of the session? Can these be communicated to people who were not at the session?

The session proposal will be used to determine if the session will be interesting and succesful and to see what prerequisites are necessary (room layout, technical material...).

The review process results in a session description, which should attract participants and explain what they can expect from the session.
