Nico Marien is founder and Managing Partner of Prosource. He is an SEI Authorised CMMI Instructor, a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prince2 Practitioner. His background is in the area of large software development projects and he has more than 15 years' combined experience in consulting, audit and project management plus extensive experience as a trainer. All this experience provides a strong foundation for his successful management of software process assessment and improvement projects.
