Paul Dyson was one of Agile developments early adopters: Paul led the first eXtreme Programming project to run in the UK in 1998 and the first public XP workshop in the UK the following year (with Dave Harvey). Paul has enjoyed pushing Agile development techniques to their limits including leading an Agile team that at times numbered over 60 technical staff on a project lasting four years.
