Abstract

In this workshop two visual techniques are examined which can be used to draw a Vision for a team: MindMaps and Architectural Mandala.

Both visual techniques are briefly introduced, after which the participants gain experience in an exercise. After the exercises, the results are compared and the applicability of the techniques in an Agile software development environment is discussed.
