Sponsor Packages

Package 1

• sponsor logo and URL will be put on the www.xpday.net website and on the conference hand outs;
• the sponsor will get an acknowledgement at the conference opening sessions on Thursday and Friday morning;
• during the conference, sponsor materials will be available at the registration desk;
• the sponsor will get 1 free admission to the conference.

• the sponsor is responsible for getting the materials in time at the conference;
• the conference organizers will give a timely indication of the number of participants to expect.

Package 2

• the sponsor can bring a stand;
• sponsor logo and URL will be put on the www.xpday.net website and on the conference hand outs;
• the sponsor will get an acknowledgement at the conference opening sessions on Thursday and Friday morning;
• during the conference, sponsor materials will be available at the registration desk;
• the sponsor will get 2 free admissions to the conference.

• the sponsor is responsible for getting the materials in time at the conference;
• the sponsor is responsible for the stand;
• the conference organizers will give a timely indication of the number of participants to expect.

Optional, in addition to package 1 or 2

Sponsoring drinks on Thursday and/or Friday afternoon (17:00 - 18:00)

Price: actual costs of drinks (estimated costs per afternoon: € 300 - € 500)

Conditions

• Sponsors will not get delegate e-mail addresses or other delegate information.
• Sponsors are not allowed to influence the program or the sessions.
