Terms and conditions
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and an invoice. Don't forget to mention your VAT number.
- Your registration is final as soon as payment has been received. All invoices must be paid before the conference starts. If you haven't received a confirmation from us that your payment was received, bring a proof of payment to the conference. See the PaymentOptions page for a list of payment methods. We will notify you of the receipt of your payment and confirm your registration within 3-4 business days. If you don't get a confirmation, please contact accounts
- The number of places is limited to 150, registration is on a first paid, first served basis.
- The 2 day conference fee covers attendance to two days of conference sessions and includes drinks, 2 lunches and dinner on Thursday evening. This fee does not include a hotel room and breakfast. Note: not attending dinner does not result in a fee reduction.
- The 1 day conference fee covers attendance to one day of conference sessions and includes drinks and lunches. Tickets for Thursday evening dinner can be bought separately.
- The organizers have the right to cancel the event. In this case all paid fees will be refunded.
- A substitute may participate, provided that the organisation is notified in advance.
- It is possible to cancel your registration, but a partial refund will be made solely at the discretion of the conference organisers.
All information entered in this form will be stored in the database of Agile Systems vzw.
This information is only used to handle the administration of the XP Day Benelux conference and to keep you informed about the event. In no case will this information be transfered to a third party.
