| Willem van den Ende is currently working as an independent software development coach and consultant from his one-person company Living Software B.V. .
He fulfills various roles, depending on
the needs of the project. He co-founded the Dutch Extreme Programming
interest group, co-organizes XP Day Benelux and has
co-organised sessions on XP2001, XP2004, OT2002 through OT2004 and XP Day Benelux 2003.
This year, he is looking forward to meeting you in the sessions Who has Dropped The Ball (with Marc Evers ) and Be Empowered, Or Else... (with Laurent Bossavit, showing two current interests: Systems Thinking and self-organizing teams.
