  • session duration: 60 min
  • session type: case study

Session description:

In this case study, Vera Peeters and Koen De Wel will outline a situation in a company that had a classical formal process. In this specific case, there was a problem with the predictability of the development delivery date, and with the quality of the product delivered by the development team. Vera and Koen will explain which "agile" changes have been introduced, how this was perceived by the company, what the expected results where, and they will show you some amazing results.

This story is a typical example of how certain aspects of an existing process can be changed, while other can remain the way they were.
