| Nick Ashley has over 8 years experience in supporting large development teams as
a Data Architect and DBA. His experience ranges from custom application and
platform development through to large-scale product development spanning a
variety of technologies. Now at ThoughtWorks, Nick is currently helping to
develop and deploy a large J2EE application for a leading British retailer. He
has worked in non-Agile, quasi-Agile and, most recently, fully Agile development
teams. Having experienced many of the pains associated with traditional database
development methods he is now eager to share his experience of Agile with
others.
