| Koen De Wel (koen.dewel@icos.be) is a member of a software development team which succesfully introduced an agile development process.
Koen has been working with ICOS Vision Systems
for more then 10 years in different positions.
In the past few years he concentrated on the
introduction of a light-weight process in a team that was used to a
classical waterfall development model.
Koen experienced the transition both from a managing and from a
developing point of view.
