| About me: I am currently working as an independent software development coach and consultant. I fulfill various roles, depending on the needs of a project. I co-founded the Dutch Extreme Programming interest group, the Benelux systems thinkers group, organize xp-day Benelux and have co-organised sessions on XP2001, XP2004, OT2002- OT2004 and various xp days.
