XPDay Benelux Retrospective
A Retrospective is a meeting,
where a group looks back on a past project
so that they can learn from their experience
and apply this learning to future projects.
Many teams using XP hold retrospectives
at the end of each iteration,
to review what worked well
and discuss changes to the way they work together.
XPDay Benelux organisers would like your feedback
on this new event so we invite you to a Retrospective of the day.
As a participant you will get to experience
the techniques used in Retrospectives.
At the plenary we will explain a little background
about Retrospectives and how you can help us
during the day to build a timeline of your experiences.
At the end of day we will hold our retrospective
to mine the timeline for gold!
