Software development is comparable to motorcycle maintenance in some ways. In "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" Robert Pirsig describes gumption traps; things that sap motivation, such as not having the correct tools.
In this workshop, the participants identify gumption traps and provide some suggestions for how to avoid or combat them.
